Yes, my thoughts exactly. What Sully did was great and everything, but I never really understood all of the hero worship around him. He totally deserved recognition and praise for handling the situation the way he did, but he did what any pilot should do in that situation.

Well, he stopped caring about being picky of his choice of projects. I can't agree that he stopped bringing his A-game to his roles. Captain Phillips and Walt Disney showed that he tried.

Now after seeing this photo, Hanks HAS to play Sully in the Uncharted movie. he looks perfect.

Chris Pratt as Drake and Hanks as Sully.

Came in, saw this, spent a few seconds thinking that Uncharted film had been announced and cast while I was asleep. Hanks is Sully for me now.
