Kind of. Itachi is an older brother antagonist but that's basically where the similarity between the two characters end.

Illumi is very much a piece of work as you'll soon find out.

My memory is that it was still past tense like this is. I remember them going a bit more in depth, though. I definitely recall Leorio talking about delaying his match to set up this Killua match, and I seem to remember Hisoka vs. Kurapika being longer.
