Obviously people have different tastes, I just want in depth explanations from active members of weekday toonami gaf. It's good to get different perspectives.

I find it's brand of silly dumb shit entertaining. I actually find the characters funny and entertaining. I thought episode 5 was the best as of course it was more than just wacky dumb shit and had some grounded storytelling and bounty hunting, I'd like more of that for sure but the week to week insanity is good too. it's like another series, Gintama. I get that the humor isn't for everyone (I mean it is heavily based off of references and puns at ties...which if you don't get, it is tough to keep up with) but I enjoy the characters and when the series does get serious, shit is awesome. I am hoping the same happens with Dandy..if it doesn't? oh well.

It's the same with Kill La Kill. Its stupid as fuck and the story JUST went somewhere but week to week, it is a fun watch and the promise, even if it is never met, of something epic is enough to go on. Same goes with Dandy. It is entertaining enough to keep watching week to week even if it never lives up to its potential.
