This isn't even close to the most "adult content" shounen series out there. Take a look at some of the stuff in Shounen Red/Champion Red. Rape and gore everywhere!

And that's before we get into stuff from the 70s and 80s when they could get away with more, like anything by Go Nagai. There's stuff that would be considered straight up porn these days.

It is a rather fascinating example of values dissonance.

The only people that say this are those that are brainwashed to think that Sawano is worth half a shit

I understand that Sawano's music is divisive, but this doesn't seem particularly fair to either him or anyone who does like his work, and I say this as someone who doesn't agree with the assessment of XBX's OST being better than the original game's. Just seems needlessly venomous.
