It's a bad habit of mine when it comes to anime adaptations of manga. I have to check out the source material. Especially when I heard it diverts.

I really, really, really wouldn't recommend it.

Since those kinds of games run on fan service those details are always super appreciated. As a huge JoJo fan I don't really like the way ASB plays but the insane amount of work that goes into adding in references is awesome.

Yeah, you have to hand it to Namco. Even if the gameplay isn't all that great, they put in a great amount of love to detail to fully replicate the anime/manga.

Also, if you play as Gintoki, his KO pose is basically the same one that Yamcha made after being defeated early on in DBZ. Same camera angle & everything.
