Either this is part of a plot point to say that this isnt a true reanimation jutsu(havent been paying attention almost at all to this filler arc) or studio pierriot doesnt seem to know how the reanimation jutsu works, the guy if he doesnt want to kill his friend still wouldnt want to but his body can be controlled.
