A LOT of manga/anime series would have been better if they followed the "Part" system. Ironically, Avatar the Last Airbender is a series that kind of pulled it off. It's a dead series now though.
You know, I'm surprised more series aren't inspired by Jojo. Sure many series parody it, but there's nothing like One Piece is clearly inspired by DBZ or Bleach is clearly inspired by Yu Yu Hakusho.
Though one can argue that Devil Fruits are similar to Stands in their creativity
