It's okay. The voices are fine but they cheap out on licensing music so its never as epic as the original. I'd probably watch the sub if I had access to a good legal digital version.

Sketchy linework was a staple of 70s anime like Ashita no Joe and Tiger Mask. The new Tiger Mask W anime has moments of it too.

It's an anime about high school where the hierarchy is determined through gambling and the characters are all sorts of fucked up. And the main character, Yumeko, gets super enthusiastic about gambling.

It's 12 episodes long, but it's a "Netflix Anime" so it ain't going to be on their service to next year so you have to watch it through other methods online.
