It's more weird that they're just getting around to Shadow Tactics now.
If you ever played Commandos back in the day, it's basically that, but in Edo Japan.
Shadow Tactics was just released on the PS4 recently so now that it's no longer just a PC exclusive, it's fair game for Toonami to review. Still, surprised that even as niche as Shadow Tactics is would get a Toonami review.

It's a very noticable decision to never show any children when Babadi and Buu are doing terrible things to people.
