I really like the one where Flash destroys kicks Luthor/Brainiac's ass. The episode with Superman sent to the future and dealing with Vandal Savage and of course Epilogue.

Don't know episode names so sorry for the summaries instead:

1. Batman and Ace episode. Surprising episode in general with the sudden inclusion of Terry, and adding a backstory for a character from a different series set in the future. I thought the lines between Terry and Amanda Waller were a bit lofty in bits but were very good and dramatic, not to mention the end between Batman and Ace. Thing is a tear jerker every time.

2. Wonder Woman turned into a pig. I thought the whole escapades of her as a pig were pretty nonsense but the Circe, Zatana, and Batman moments were great. Especially the ending where Circe just wanted Batman to sing lol.

3. Joker's live broadcast. Great episode with the live clock running down, multiple angles of the league fighting. Good ending too where Harley just lets a right hook full force on Batman's face. LOVE IT.

4. First episode of Unlimited, Green Lantern, Arrow, Supergirl, and Captain Atom team up. Great job introducing three very important characters to the last two seasons. Loved Supergirl and Green Lantern's interactions. They could have just made it boring and had Superman or Wonder Woman be her mentor, but its was soooooo touching and compelling to have Supergirl's mentor be Green Lantern.

5. Watchtower invasion by the ultimen . One of my personal favorites as well. Taking the ultimen clones, who were re imaginations of some lame characters to begin with, throwing them against the entirety of the JL! And Supergirl vs Supergirl all out -kissesfingertips- too good.

6. Amazo introduction...

7. Amazo return! my gawd. Talk about stakes.

8. Solomon Grundy return. Wow powerful and scary episode.

9. Episode with the Golden Age versions of the characters. Hilarious but interesting look at how things used to be and how messed up it was. I thought the twist/main ending was weak to be honest but I enjoyed the story and time period.

10. Taskforce X was a great episode too just because it was so different. Made even more so after the botched movie. This is the type of movie we were all hoping for with the Suicide Squad, why they went up against a Justice League level threat was beyond me.

And so many more awesome episodes and moments.

Not to mention the episode with Luthor being controlled by Braniac!!!!!

With that said I'm kinda disappointed they never really did much on Wondy's origin. I do like her Kasnia-focused episode though.

Grudge Match - Seeing Huntress, Black Canary, Vixen, Fire, Hawkgirl, and Wonder Woman throw down against one another is so cool! One of my favorite episodes!

For the Man Who has Everything and Hereafter are really something else.

The Great Brain Robbery had me in stitches. "Aren't you going to wash your hands?"

I haven't seen the series in forever (I should remedy that) and I don't remember any of the episode names, but my favorite was the one where the Flash traveled to another time/dimension and met an alternate version of the Justice League.

Epilogue, then the Green Lantern Corps episode (edit: Hearts and Minds); plus Wild Cards and The Once and Future Thing (mostly for Part 2).

This thread reminds me that Batman Beyond is still my favourite show in the DCAU. When I heard about it before it aired, I thought the concept was so stupid. "Batman but not Batman!? This is going to be trash." Crow has never tasted so schway.

That happens twice - "Legends" and "A Better World". The Legends team is a golden age Justice Society pastiche, and A Better World has a darker version of the Justice League.

Both great eps(and in my own top ten), though I think Legends is the better ep.

I miss the DCAU. Nothing since has come close except Young Justice.

Amen I'd kill for something set in the original DCAU that continues any of their amazing story threads.

At least we're getting a 3rd Season of Young Justice somehow.

Have you watched any of the recent DC animated movies? There are some absolute gems in there, and plenty of callbacks to the old series.

I need to rewatch Young Justice in anticipation of season 3. Can't wait.

Okay, I'll pick Ancient History.
I'm just fucking around. You do you. I didn't like either of the Hawkman episodes. Like I did, right, but I also didn't.
3. Hereafter/For the Man Who Has Everything
Y'all motherfuckers cheating.

They don't really have much to continue. A friend and I were talking about this, and most of the big DCAU villains are gone by the end of the series. They could focus on others, but I fear it wouldn't be natural. I'd love it if they gave J'onn more focus. He's probably the only member that both doesn't have a good episode focusing on him, or at least one that puts him in a good light. They all portray him as kind of a bitch. If he is a badass, then it's in an episode that's not focused on him, and we do see the mothership of the white guys (no name, and they aren't White Martians) leave at the end of "Secret Origins". General Eiling is still out there after his battle with the reserve leaguers. But I can't think of too many big storylines to continue off the top of my head. Last thing we need is more Hawk stuff. I love Shayera, and some of her episodes are my favorites, but goddamn I can't stand any more of that. Unless you make Gentleman Ghost the main villain of a Hawkman episode, don't you dare put that shit on screen.

Basically, they'd have to do something new, and I have no qualms with that at all. Even remotely. But I just can't see any continuations and starting a third season without a lot of threads to continue would be a bummer.

Some of my favorites are:

"A Knight of Shadows"- Etrigan's IDGAF attitude was great.

"The Terror Beyond" - The genuine emotional sacrifice of Grundy was heartbreaking.

"The Greatest Story Never Told"- Booster Gold is Xander Harris, and I'm okay with that.

"Ultimatum" - It's the (much cooler version of) the Wonder Twins!

"Double Date" - The Question is awesome.

"Epilogue"- Because it made Batman Beyond better.

Epilogue is pretty damn great. The Batman/Ace stuff was a nice refresher back to the Batman TAS era where Batman still actively cared about helping the people he was fighting against instead of being a cynical grump like he became in the later stages of the DCAU.

I don't like Terry becoming Bruce's son though, that felt really unnecessary.

"I gave you your deepest desire *CRACK* it must have been like tearing off your own arm."

"Happy Birthday Kryptonian, I grant you oblivion."
"BURN."

For the Man Who Has Everything was straight fire.

Also, the episode where Solomon Grundy comes back from the dead and beats the shit out of everyone, including Amazo, was so good. Ending was such a tearjerker.

Best moment:

If that's the best moment, this is the second best:

Honestly though, there were alot of great moments and episodes in Justice League's run. Hands down though, it goes without saying that the last episode with Superman famous "World Made of Cardboard" was one of the most badass moments we've seen. This whole idea that Superman always has to hold back his power out of fear of destroying everything and everyone around him, but for the one moment that he decided to really punch the hell out of Darkseid and that build up, it was truly a fantastic way to bring the series towards its closure (alongside with the other things that happened during that time)

Captain Pants

Killed by a goddamned Dredgeling
Flash and Substance is probably my favorite. It felt so much like a pilot episode for a DCAU Flash series and every time I watch it, I wish that that was something that had actually happened.

"The Man Who Has Everything" is the only time I've seen Alan Moore's name on an adaptation of his. Usually he has them taken off (and usually for good reason, though I thought Watchmen was alright), but not this time.

Don't know if that means anything, but I do think it is interesting.

If I remember right its like the only adaption of any of his work he whole-heartedly enjoyed.

Also more Flash and Substance love, because this scene alone makes the whole episode.
