I don't understand this list, what counts as a SEGA game? everything they published or studios owned by SEGA? or both?
Sonic is a strange franchise, it got some solid games but never really produced all-time great games. Sonic 2 is great but the best SEGA game ever? come on, people place it first just because it feels right that Sonic wins a SEGA ranking.
Isn't Relic a part of SEGA? and the Total War team? Crazy Taxi is on there yet Total War: Shogun II is ignored? isn't Atlus associated with SEGA too? Persona 5? I must be missing something here.
Yeah clearly Atlus, Creative Assembly games must be considered as Sega Studios especially when people include Streets of Rage 2 or Shinobi 3 in the list.
Koshiro's family who developped SOR2 were not part of Sega Studios... Shining Force is mainly ex Enix staff who didn't stay that long at Sega and Climax.
The team who developed Shinobi 3 was in fact WHITEBOARD, an indy studio Sega just acquired at the time. (it was their first game within Sega).
On the other hand, Creative Assembly is part of Sega studios since... 2005. (15 long years)
So, yup, you can considere Alien Isolation as a full blown Sega game which could easily make the list.
When Re Fantasy will be released, Atlus would be a 10 years old Sega Studio. They even have common projects with the other Sega Studios according to Persona Central... (BREAKING : I'm pretty sure Atlus employees even have sex with people from other Sega Studios, like in any other company ha ha ha

. They all moved in the same building)
About the mojo list:
Golden Axe RODA >>>>>>>>> Golden Axe
Billy/Nights in a top 20 = Yikes
Sonic 3K>>>> Sonic 2 winner = Yikes
Outrun 2 >>>> Outrun
Virtua Fighter 4 >>> VF2
No Atlus, no Creative Assembly >>> Yikes
Decent list though. (but there are too many great Sega gamesgames for a tiny top 20)
