I completely agree.... size illustrations change from chapter which feels a little wonky
I also believe Neo is there but they are just watching from the distance
Who knows when the wave of air reaches Toriko maybe the scent of the people near the King fruit will reach him too
He'll likely smell that something is off and try to dash on over there (Herac will likely just let him be since it received what it truly wanted in the end)

Odd about the colour since Toshi coloured (with marker) Herac green and orange... I guess it wasn't final like Zebra's slight outfit changes

Edit #2: Looking at the number of pages alone I see that it is 12 pages long meaning there is a lot of double pages

Toshi delibrately zoomed at non distictive sections for certain kings in order not to spoil the future plot

well in future arcs Coco and Sunny will get their time to shine seeing as their main objectives... Earth and Atom are there
Their inner beasts patiently waited for Toriko and Komatsu to eat first seeing as they likely knew it was a chosen ingredients for them....
Likely next chapter will go more in depth with everyone's evolution before the Neo fight off

he may have not been hit but it instead was knocked out by a ultimate routine (that future illusion thing) made by Teppie... seeing as he likely is stronger... Plus he is a knocking/stunning specialist

you see the budget cuts later in the series.... from Toriko's face to his hands to the monsters
The 4 Beast arc was bad.... one of the best arcs the Cooking Fest (with the exception of the extra Komatsu cooking stuff) was butchered as it progressed more and more until we got that garbage non canon ending

well there is NZAnimeManga
Out of all the one's out there, he is the most organized out of the bunch and feels professional.... Plus he recommends mangas that you might of not read and helps individuals find cheap places to buy them
Of course if you just wan't some live reaction you could just write Toriko 293 (or whatever chapter) on the Youtube search
