Touring the most expensive house in the US.

Some of you may have seen this house in videos before, but Enes Yilmazer finally was able to show it.

105,000 SQ feet
21 Bedrooms
49 Bathrooms
4 Lane Bowling Alley
Nightclub

Thanks, it looks like shit to me. Damn, I just hate that ultra-sleek modern minimalist look to contemporary mansions. Everything just seems so cold, empty, and soulless. What is with these ultra-rich mansions and the overuse of white?

It's not the worst one I have ever seen but completely distant from my style. I like warm colors with natural wood.

Whoever built this as a fucking idiot. They could have had over 200 million trips to Taco Bell and all they did with the money was build a gigantic fucking palace.

This is why rich people should not be trusted with money.

Bro, just come to live in Paris, the whole city center is full of beautiful buildings from the 1870s-1920s. Literally the Paris as we know it was built in 60 years:

can't take a shit in peace. So many widows or lack of doors. Also sleeping in bed with no curtains. Pass

Would also have a panic attack. House is too much.

I can imagine living there and never really leaving the property. Just need to install an arcade area. I'll be set. Just get everything delivered to the house.

Honestly the house just feels too much. I don't like the "artwork" the cinema is great though.

Also why does the guy who runs the estate agents have a voice where he sounds like he is shouting all the time ?

Well....that seems like an utter waste of money. Only Hugh Hefner or Epstein would have use for it. Propably why its still unsold.

As I get older I see less and less appeal in such things... I have a 50m² flat that's basically empty and getting emtier by the day because I do not need anything... This just seems to obsessive... Would probably have my fun in this house of a couple of days until the novelty wears off and then just stick to 1-2 rooms.

Bad design + bad proportions + trying to please big rich egos = that house!

What a waste of space!

I could easily manage to live inside this thing. Would never spend that kind of money on a house, but okay... if you have 300Billions - it gets kind of reasonable lol

Agreed with the general sentiment here. It's just too much.
Too much walking, too much maintenance, too much glass, too many hard surfaces. I could put a PC in one of the walk in closets and spend all my time in 200 sq. feet. You would probably need a "manager" just to keep the place running, along with a dozen staff.

Who the fuck needs a 900 person nite club with its own VIP section ffs... Aye the neighborhood will love you. This house perfectly sums up American capitalistic excess to a tee, utterly souless waste of land and resources.. awesome fucking home cinema room though

Burn the fucking thing down.

The only people who can afford it are greedy corporate scum types like Bobby Kotick, Dictators who've raped a country and its treasury, now looking for a bolt-hole and Internet Tech sociopaths like Zuckerberg.

That's a house, but it's not a home. Might as well be an expensive commercial building someone just happens to live in.

It would be a great house for a harem. I like Mikey, he's always out of place and awkward when he speaks.

There's a job in creating these types of homes, you ask someone to build a mansion they'll build it. You know damn well that big of a house is a symbol, not for actually living in. Me, personally I'd rather live smaller, dominate cities, save, assemble vacation money. The pressure to maintain a house that big is a constant struggle.

Imagine being the home inspector hired to check this thing out before someone purchases it.

Now imagine the amount of maintenance it needs and the cost to keep it powered and with running water.

I don't understand the need to have a large place to live like this. Just get a decent size house with some land, fucker. You don't need 49 bathrooms.

Honestly, that's kinda boring. It's basically just a private resort.

If I was filthy rich I'd build something much smaller but with a more unique design and in a nicer location

Break it down to the value of the land and the value of the materials in that house, the architect, labor to build it, and this shouldn't be worth more than, what? 5 million?

This is just absurd. There are people who have to eat what floats along in the sewer because they can't afford ten cents for a meal. This is just not right.

All that lawn, and those trees and bushes, as well as the building itself. The yearly cost of maintaining a property like that must be in the hundreds of thousands at least. I mean at that level, the person can afford it sure. Still, insane.

The value of land is worth astronomically more than $5 million. In fact the value of the land itself may rival or even surpass the actual value of the home. You could build several mansions on that plot of land, all of which would have incredible views.

Yea, the value of land and construction for this behemoth of a mansion easily cost well over $5million lol.

The house itself is so big and so impractical that it's probably a depreciating asset. Whereas the land will never depreciate barring LA becoming a nuclear wasteland or being destroyed by earthquakes. I would much rather own only land the house is on (with no house built). In 30 years it will be worth an incredible amount of money which can be parceled out to developers, whereas this mansion will be outdated in 30 years and quite likely have fallen into complete disrepair and need to be razed.

Condos in that neighborhood without a view go for 5 million

The land is worth way, way, way, way, way more than 5 million
