Monsters create wars, wars create monsters. It's that same mentality that doomed James Byrd. This isn't a military issue it's a fundamental breakdown in how some view people.
That being said one would have to assume that the men here are guilty of this crime. I would allow the justice system decide what happened. As heartwrenching as that story is to read it is only one man's testomony.
I find it amusing that the army (or whoever) is trying to prove the body isn't really the guy forced into the river, rather than addressing the awful behavior of forcing someone into the river at gunpoint and laughing about it in the first place - regardless of whether someone died because of it or not.
