These two clowns are saying that we're going to torture people.

At least Cheney tried to hide it. Trump is saying that water boarding might be too "nice".

Also if you're not planning to send troops in, what are you going to do? Force Europe to send troops in?

What if they say no?

This guy is dangerous.

IIRC Trump wanted Newt. Manafort was the one who convinced him to go with Pence instead. The idea behind Pence was probably to appease religious conservatives.

Hopefully Hillary has the responses ready because there is no way he won't attack her on that, he doesn't care about any of the things he's said because he knows his supporters don't either and hopes independents will ignore at least most of it.

If a moderator brings it up they better have the transcripts ready, his immediate response will be " i never said that."

You must not be very smart.

If you were a trump supporter the solution to the war is obvious. Right after we get Mexico to pay for the wall we will then use them to fight the war with ISIS, primarily with the illegals that we just deported. It's not a big leap to go from rape to killing.

I am joking but sadly in today's climate I could actually see our next president proposing this. :(

OP is missing the "I think I am actually humble. I think I'm much more humble than you would understand" (as Donald sits in his golden chair in his gawdy penthouse) and Trump talking about how he's religious because he won big with the evangelicals.

He basically said as much in the interview when he was talking about how Pence helps Unite the party(but backhands him by saying "He helps, but I really didn't need him").

Not a rousing endorsement on Howard Stern, but "yeah I guess so" certainly isn't opposition especially considering "yeah I guess so" was the position of a lot of high profile Dems at the time caught between a rock and a hard place.

But then again, if 99% of what Trump says is a lie there's only so much you can counter on the spot.

Seriously, it shows they did not vet this man, or even give out talking points to contradictions in his past. Even for Trump standards this has been a disaster.

Pence isn't part of the conservative establishment. He's a tea bagger. If it was a concession at all it would be because the GOP wants his ass away from the Indiana governorship because he was going to lose it.

Watching the video the cuts don't seem as bad as the text transcript reads.

Not saying i'm for Trump, but this isn't as bad of an interview people here are making it out to be.

You think people think the interview is bad mainly because of the cuts?

It makes it read like there are lots of cutting people off, which is fun, but it's the answers that stand out.

I somehow managed to listen to 13 minutes of that garbage. It remains mind boggling to me that some people will watch this and think "yeah, that's the right team for the job".

It was all fun and whatnot during the primaries, but I hope that people step up come election time and put an end to this farce. I'mnot enamored by Hillary, but damn if she isn't 10x better than this dumpster fire.
