Hooper added that CAIR is in contact with a broad spectrum of Muslim, Arab-American, civil liberty, immigration, and refugee organizations to collaborate with on litigation when the time comes.
Asked if any litigation is already prepared, Hooper said, Everybody is poised, waiting to see what the language is of this version of the Muslim ban, and well go from there. Because until you see the specific language its difficult to react.

I don't see any conceivable way any sort of "camp" or rounding up of a minority group would ever go down in this country no matter what Trump wants. Keeping in mind Trump can only go so far and I haven't seen congress as a whole suggest they are gonna push any of his insane agendas yet. They'll push their GOP agenda until they can't turn a blind eye to him anymore.

Why should America's cops have all the fun?
Perhaps Trump can institute a Citizens On Patrol security position that makes it easier for everyday citizens to become cops to safeguard their cities. They could be given the same rights to kill people that don't look like them indiscriminately in spite of overwhelming video evidence and eyewitness testimony.
It'll be like Uber for law enforcement. Everyone can do it! No formal training required. That'll create more jobs, too. Hell, the Uber drivers can transition right over to it after their old jobs get replaced with self-driving cars.

Even so, I don't see how such an idea would fly in a country where the majority opposed Trump in the first place.
