Twitch goes crazy, removes label 'Blind Playthrough' following SJW pressure

I'm all for accessibility, but this is fucking ridiculous. Stop treating disabled people as tragic imbeciles who can't cope with the real world.

Taken from Eurogamer:

'Twitch removes "blind playthrough" tag following criticism from gamers with disabilities.'

This reddit post sums up the problem with this fully. Twitch are hypocrites, and don't give a fuck about actual disability issues what so ever. Fuck Twitch and fuck SJW bullshit for side lining actual issues that do exist in the disability community for SJW privilege points.

When did everyone get offended of everything? Honestly the world has become pussified by an age of people growing up getting constant positive reinforcement and participation trophies.

First playthrough does make as much sense so this seems pretty harmless. Not that there was anything wrong with how it was...

Haven't Played Before Playthrough

Neither informs the reader that this is a first time playthough of a game that the person playing knows little to nothing about.

What did Twitch replace the tag with? Did they just remove it without providing a logical alternative?

This fat dipshit, Steven Spohn, is pushing the whole "inclusive language" agenda:

Imagine he decides to ban "walkthrough" videos due to the word "walk" is offensive to wheelchair bound people.

I thought "first playthrough" was the term originally used?

This is surprisingly not getting 100% backed on the other forum.

Can't even laugh at this point. Twitch isn't even a gaming platform anymore, It's full of cancerous Just Chatters who dictate what game every single nobody should play ala Fall Guys & Among Us. I'm fully expecting a Mental Illness category soon at this rate.

To be fair he really isn't the problem.

He's done and continues to do great work with his Abled Gamers charity, without which many gamers with profound physical disabilities would never be able to do gaming.

His idiocy regarding this matter shouldn't take away the invaluable work he continues to do for the disabled gamer community.
He should mind his fucking business when it comes to societal norms in terms of everyday language.

Ironically, he's putting a handicap on our expressive use of language.

The tag's existence is not worth getting into a huff. The tag's removal is also not worth getting into a huff. This is a non-issue.

Demon's Souls' Old Monk boss, on the other hand... forced cutscene? Mind flayers I can't circle? And then some jerk phantom character with a weapon that broke all my armor... WTH man...!

The Party has decided this phrasing is no longer allowed.

Or wait, actually, it was always not allowed.

In fact, we never used this phrasing before.

The Ministry of Truth thanks you.
