Yeah they didn't really care about it since this show was mostly aimed at kids.
It's the little things we as kids never really cared about or noticed. There is tons of stuff in the show that makes zero to no sense.

If the spinoff only played that one song they have in Power Rangers that's basically composed of bonk and doink sounds, it would have won an Emmy. Hell, it would have won a BAFTA.

Literally have not watched the Ninja seasons since they were airing for the first time on TV.
