I assume they'll transition the primary five - Red, Blue, Black, Green, and Yellow - to humans. (Or cheap hybrids like Kat in SPD.) The other four will be guest stars as the footage requires.
My biggest question is how they'll deal with single female Ranger dilemma. Make yellow female, or play up Pink more?

To be fair adapting Go Busters also made a lot of sense. They made the damn transformation devices say "It's Morphin' Time" in English for fuck's sake.

This baddie's plot was much more amusing in Carranger.
He was making all the cars honk their horns to create so much noise pollution in the hopes that an alien neighboring planet would get tired of how loud the Earth was being and blow it up.
