One thing about this that I never knew as a kid, I always thought Bulk and Skull were joked on, not taken seriously and didn't do anything capable of a threat towards anything the Power Rangers did. This is false however. They were picking on Billy, being asses, causing problems (like this ninja shit), they were more capable characters than I gave them credit for.
