Two problems with Windows XP Pro.

1. I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but when I right click any webpage despite being set on "Auto Detect" when I go to Encoding, it is on Westeren European (ISO), instead of what I think it should be on: Westeren European (Windows).

While it doesn't seem to effect many websites, I've noticed when I go to GameSpots site lots of the menus will be in gibberish like it's incomplete, but when I change it to Westeren European (Windows) it fixes it, anything wrong?

2. When I try to download a file, it no longer asks me whether I want to Open or Save it, how can I fix this?

1. I suppose auto-detect isn't working for that page? I don't know.

2. Try bringing up a File Explorer window, then select Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types.
Choose the type of file you're downloading, hit "Advanced", and see if
"Confirm Open After Download" is checked or not.

I've got 2K, not XP, so I'm not sure if everything will look like that, but you can check.
