kind of feel bad for Castillo dude. 3 out of 4 fights taken last minute. He was working unlike fucking Volkman. He just couldn't keep Njokuani down. The first round was really entertaining. Njokuani was able to just stand up and power through after a lot of the takedowns while using the cage to protect his back.

I don't know what I'm thinking sometimes with my picks...

It's hard to separate who you like to win and who you know is going to win. I like Njokuani and wanted him to win, but in an statistic point of view, I had Castillo winning by decision.

And I like Castillo, that beatdown he put on Shamar was entertaining.

Think it was mentioned the UFC pushed start times back to 10 PM because they were getting some lower PPV numbers and attributed some of that to the 9 PM time, though it's likely fighter injuries were the primary cause.

Njokuani gets screwed in a decision in the UFC again.

If Steve Mazzagatti didn't suck so bad and let Castillo do nothing while having Njokuani in the seated position up against the fence for literally minutes at a time, this wouldn't have been close.

Danny Castillo sounds like a huge tool in his victory interview too. You won because Steve Mazzagatti is too stupid to call for a stand-up, you dumbass.

Njokuani fans who didn't watch WEC are now well informed.

A question for any ausGAF/mmaGAF users...how do you guys get your UFC fix, i usually just go to a my closest sportsbar but today im too lazy to actually make the trip.(Saving energy for NYE)

Any websites that deliver stable UFC streams?
When i was in the US yahoo sport had a stream and it was nice and fast, i dont know how fast it will be when trying to connect from Australia.(If anyone uses Yahoo Sports can comment excellent)

Also, the Xbox app doesnt work from aussy, i would use a proxy but i think it will just slow everything down to a crawl.

or two shows a month with subpar cards could have something to do with it. Shitty economy didn't help either.

I don't mind the later start times because the cards have been lasting about two hours lately.

Also funny is how you can reverse what happens in the prelims with the main card usually, I don't know if that holds true tonight though. Every prelim = decision, usually equal every main card fight = finish and vice versa.

Buyrates were down because Brittney left. Not sure why they don't get that.

Well, I didn't say they were right to push it back - just that it's been suggested PPV numbers were part of their reasoning. East Coast shows ending past midnight probably isn't ideal.

So with these prelims being boring as fuck AND the last ones on Spike, will Dana break out the megaphone to shout in with Rogan to hype the PPV?

Looks like Fox Sports Latino America isnt showing this PPV. (They did with Cain Vs JDS and Jones vs Machida)
