When you're fighting at such a high level you've to got to be precise with your shots, volume means nothing, you have to be a precision striker, waste no energy with extra movements, be like water.

I get it Bruce Lee, but this is a sport in front of judges too. And they see one guy hitting 126 times and the other 16. How about precise volume? You know, like the pro and well rounded athletes they are supposed to be.

I feel like the difference between strikes is Frankies footwork adds to the leverage. Oliviera was slipping that choke in though. Good fight.
