Has Dana tweeted yet? This is a fucking traveshamockery! And fuck Joe for trying to rationalize this. There is no rationale. This was a robbery....PERIOD. GSP has a face period. Johnny looks as ugly as when he walked into the ring. PEACE.

Hendricks fought well but it really could've gone either way.
I love GSP so I'm happy but I wouldn't have been mad if he lost. It was a good fight. I think it comes down to how the third round was judged.
Crazy interview though.

Fight of the night should be Rory's fight!

But it really couldn't have. That's a bullshit cop out. IT's one thing for a fight to be close. This fight wasn't close. Georges did not land any significant take downs like he normally does. He also did not land any significant strikes that did damage.

Sorry guys, I have to disagree completely.

This fight was 3-2 hendriks, but it was SO CLOSE, that the TIE always goes to the champ.

It happens in every single fighting sport, does not matter the damage, if the fight is close, you give it to the champ.

5 = GSP
3 = toss up

I don't care who wins either way, I don't dislike or like GSP. This was BS though, face it.

I don't think GSP is gonna remember this interview tomorrow, so let's not hold him to his word. GSP is gonna have to say something definitively within the next little window though, because Hendricks deserves a rematch (unless there's a clear cut no. 1 out there now?).

Or GSP can challenge someone else at another weight and get his ass kicked.

I gave George 1-3-5. But this is proof the current system of judging is flawed. It's not based on overall damage. That's a huge overlook in the current system.

Since when did we transition to scoring the fight as a whole, Pride-style? Each round is scored individually, after it happens. The judges have no idea how close the fight will eventually be. 2 refs must have given Hendricks round 1 and that's bullshit.

Edit: but hey, parasight above me gave GSP round 1 so I guess the judges can't be the only ones who saw it that way.

This. It wasn't close. It's not like GSP was pointing the way Bones did. That one was at least arguable. This one wasn't even that close. PEACE.

You gave Georges round 1? THAT is proof that the scoring system is flawed. How can you give any reasonable explanation for giving Georges round 1? He did NOTHING. Johnny didn't do a whole lot either but he stuffed and outmuscled Georges and landed a few hellbows that cut Georges open.

I actually used to think that Tony Weeks was competent too. I'm not sure how a boxing guy like him can not see Hendricks outstriking GSP in that round.

Well that was some shady shit but one thing I will say - Hendricks got some really bad info from his corner going in to the third round, he got told GSP will do everything he can to secure a take down when it was obvious that GSP was going to jab and move as he has has success with it at the end of round 2.

I doubt there's anyone alive right now (outside of Canada) that thinks GSP won this.

Jones, on the other hand, did enough to win his fight. It could have went either way.

Same thing he says on other fights where there's a clear winner that gets robbed:

"I had Johnny winning, but you can't leave it to the judges. These judges suck. I don't know what to do, man. Can't leave it to the judges, that's what I tell guys. But yeah, I thought Johnny won".
