This week in the UK, Sonic X Shadow Generations has boosted itself onto the podium to land at number three in the boxed charts after Sega celebrated the game selling over one million copies at launch.

However, the region is once again demonstrating its love for shooting bad guys and shooting balls into goals, because Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and EA Sports FC 25 take their positions at number one and two respectively. We're happy to see Sonic and Shadow so high up though, and hopefully the game's success is a sign of more good things to come from the Blue Blur.

Elsewhere, several Nintendo titles take their seats within the top ten, and although Super Mario Party Jamboree has been pushed down the ladder a few rungs, it's still performing admirably alongside the likes of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Nintendo Switch Sports, and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.

People either want a 60 fps Sonic or not.

Nintendo Switch is better than Xbox 360, but somehow this game doesn't run well on NS.

Only the Shadow episode use the lastest Hegdehog Engine, while the original Sonic Generation part receive a little change, frame pace issue on NS and no fucking anisotropic filter.

60 fps is being a huge factor here.

Strange, I was expecting the Switch version to dominate not the PS5.
Even more weird when the Sonic part isn't exactly that good.

How has SH2 completely dropped out of the top 40 already?
I’m waiting for news on Pro improvements before getting it, if that’s any indication? But yeah, that’s a surprising drop considering it turned out to be a good game, and Halloween is coming, and it’s in the top 20 on Amazon UK. Very odd indeed.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
Konami needs to restock SH2 boxes that are sold out, unless they're happy with digital sales instead.

Something is off.

Either they have completely ran bone-dry out of physical copies, or the reporting is not right, cause I can't see SH2 selling less than Dark Souls Trilogy even with limited copies.

I remember seeing posts the past 2 weeks from users on here who could not find physical copies in stores or online retailers in the UK and Europe. They had them in the States, but somehow they were dry there.
