I was gonna main him even if he was the shittiest character, even if he was harder to play than Gen, El Fuerte, and C. Viper put together.

I wonder if they picked doom in the ending level 3 there because of the Maximilian vids lol. I can already see that as a UltraDavid vs Max's Doom thing hah.

Yeah, they're compressed, but they leave me wanting a PC version bad. I want to see this game at 1080p with full AA and smoothness. It would be timeless classic on an aesthetic level haha.

Note 1: Air X-Factor is available now. (old)

Note 2: X-Factor offensive power and the amount of time it is active has been adjusted on a per-character basis.

Before, X-Factor had a minimum damage scaling level of 50%. That has been lowered to 35%, allowing greater scaling.

Note 3: Team Aerial Combos can steal one of an opponent's Hyper meters if you choose to activate it horizontally. (old)

Note 4: A new feature to starting aerial combos. Hold down the S button to automatically super jump towards the opponent after you launch them into the air. You can turn this off in the options.

Note 5: After correctly countering a Team Aerial Combo, it is now possible for you to counterattack.

Note 6: Still being translated.

Note 7: Now, no character can block during their air dashes.

Note 8: Overall meter building has been reduced to around 90% of what it was before.
 
Reason why Megaman survived in this stage, because he is a robot, just like Sentinel. I am sure that they came up with a deal.

I think at some point next EVO, someone is going to realise mid-match that they are delivering a testimonial to the crimes of Wolverine in the middle of a fighting game match. Nervous breakdowns WILL happen.

Im not surprised by the TAC and meter building cuts. There were so many ways to build/steal meter quickly that it was looking like hyper chip spam was going to be overwhelming and good players could likely do some really cheap meter heavy combos to folks. By cutting meter build so severely from other builds and by making TAC attempts run the risk of giving up a combo it makes it a bit more technical to get those meaty hypers in play.

Probably a good call. The no blocking for anyone after air dash is going to get fucking rough for some folks though. I'm looking at Thor and Chun Li in particular.

I can't tell but you make a good point. Mega Man and those other two characters which are hidden on the poster, aren't slain or apprehended.

Npt sure if Capcom is trolling us or if this is a sign of dlc.
 
God Damm. That maya shield is way too good. It lasts for years and takes EVERYTHING.

Its like...take Modoks doritio shield, transform it into dark doritito shield and give it Vanilla mvc3 Xfactor-lvl3.

I'm calling it now, if that's an assist like modoks than that shit is broken tier.

I thought people noticed meter gain being nerfed. I remember someone mention that in old thread.

I just updated the OP. So far, I only need full list of change log then I am pretty much done unless something shown up.

I am disappointed that PW is not playable at NYCC build :(

I'm ... okay with Phoenix. I like his Missile assist. It makes up for something else that is fluffy and missing for me to be happy.

Only 2 characters revealed, and the only character I was soooo hoping for not getting revealed. I'm so underwhelmed by the lack of Rocky that all my hype is gone.

No blocking during airdashes for all characters? Good to see it's a universal trait and not character specific. Also glad to see scaling affects X-Factor more now. That was by far my biggest gripe with X-Factor.

They too have a status on them, you just can't see it in that pic.
