So im playing only survival and im looking at these chests. Are they worth buying? If i get some fancy new weapon will i ever get any ammo drops for it?

is there something special i should be hunting for?

M4 and Pak80 are never dropped afaik.
Arrowhead, P90, Harrison and Lowe-S are dropped in certain stages.
Just unlock them via gameplay chest, don't bother buying them for COOP.
