Just someone being overzealous, much like we saw a second ago when only 2% of the vote in FL was in and people were freaking about Trump's big lead. Goes both ways.

Well if it means the way I read it - that with 50% of Tampa reporting in, Hillary has a 10% lead, that means from a statistics POV that she will more than likely win it.

From what I've seen on here, it appears that area is typically Republican.

Ergo if she is winning a Republican area in FL, it is not a stretch to conclude she will win the Democrat areas.
