No, I don't.

All the red states that Trump has won so far are the ones he already had wrapped up regardless. They don't matter in the long run. There's only a handful of meaningful states that will actually decide the election and none of those have been claimed yet.

Hmmm not sure on the FL numbers; only one Dem count left. They are ahead, so if they keep Trump at 50ish or even flip one then good. But all it takes is him to do very well in one or two. Closer than some sounded it out imo

EDIT; I think am misunderstanding the Guardian map; what does light colour vs hard colour mean? I thought hard colour mean fully counted. Ignore me!

I just woke up, I'm on the way to work, and all I can think of is this damn election. Don't fuck this up, America! I believe you're better than this!

"WE ARE NOT ADVOCATING THAT!!!"

I freaking told you people to calm down about Florida. :D

It's far too close for comfort, looking at the map from 2012, she has lost 2 blue counties and the only one left that was blue was Jefferson County. If she does win Florida, it's not going to be by much.

trump's stage looks so sombre

As an outsider why is Florida such a important state ?

People keep saying if they win Florida they win the Whitehouse , what makes florida so important compared to other states ?

Think of it this way, these 6 states account for 35% percent of the population/electoral votes in the United States. California, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, Florida, and Illinois.

Right now California, Pennsylvania, New York and Illinois are almost guaranteed to go blue.

Texas will go red.

Florida is the only toss up, if it goes blue, that means Hillary will have 5 of the top 6 most populated states, or 28% of the electoral college, and 153 electoral votes, She needs 270. That's a HUGE hill for Trump to Climb. Add that he's not winning Minnesota and Washington, which are another 22.
