They're obviously fake, I mean the stream has more votes on the video then actual people who have reacted. I saw one with like 4 million votes total, yet like 300k people reacted.

Any one of those is enough to "know" that she won, but the networks won't make an actual call until she gets enough EVs. (Like, California is a lock for Clinton, but they're not going to actually include it in a call until polls close there)
