Unsolved Mysteries has one of the best/creepiest soundtracks in tv history

Yep, when he's talking about someone getting murdered and it starts showing the reenactment and it's starts hitting those dark tones, I ain't gonna lie, I got chills. The whole vibe is just great. They just don't make anything like it anymore.

Absolutely nothing in comparison to the bone chilling Mr Wint and Mr Kidd theme from Diamonds are Forever.

“If god had wanted man to fly …he would have given him wings, Mr. Kidd”

"If at first you don’t succeed, Mr. Kidd...... Try, try again, Mr. Wint.”

“It all started on a crisp November morning” I can read it in his voice so easily followed by the sound of a vehicle turning in the gravel driveway. I didn’t understand much when I was a kid but his voice and the theme song stuck with me.

His cameo in Baseketball is perfect

"we still have no fucking idea where this guy is"

Said in a serious and deadpan voice.

I am actually watching this show right now.
Netflix is working on a new iteration but can it be good without Robert Stack?

The scariest song of all time for me. One time when I was younger, I was listening to a CD my buddy had burned for me while going to bed. I was using my discman and headphones, it gets to the last song, and I hear that creepy ass crescendo which instantly made me throw the discman across the room lol.

I love the Basketball parody

hmm, the theme song you posted seems to be an octave too high

yeah the one in the OP is definitely not the original, your video is the one.

Man I can really hear a Hotline Miami song in this now lol, just needs a bit of retooling but it could have worked.

Hopefully they will at least try and bring the creepy vibe back with the music, etc. In the Dennis Farina episodes, they completely took that away.

Yeah, I noticed it sounded different but it was the only video with the other sounds. It's from an Unsolved Mysteries vinyl which I didn't know existed.

I love the art work of this one:
