(US) PSN just sent me $10 US PSN credit in my inbox

Will check and see what I got when I get home. Hey, it's not quite as good as the free 360 journalists got when it launched, but I'll take it.
 
Nowhere near my PS3 at the moment, but I'll check as soon as I get home later. For posterity's sake, I've had a PSN account since whatever year the PS3 Motorstorm bundle came out (80GB), and I've been PS+ off and on since it launched (3 months here and there, 1 year recently) with both a PS3 and Vita registered with my PSN account.

Wish it was $10 real life though so I could spend it on some beer money while I'm watching the event tonight :lol
 
I didn't have one last night at 1am when I checked, but I suppose I'll check again when I get home. If I actually get it, I suppose I'll use it towards EDF2017.

Thanks, Sony! It won't prompt me to buy a PS4 right away, but that's money towards Hotline Miami!
 
So i remembered i had a pretty old PSN account that i made years ago before i had a PS3 (don't ask) i checked it just now and no messages. However i did check the wallet and surprise! I have 6 bucks in my wallet and i have no idea where they came from except that they were added in late 2011, pretty weird.
 
Had my buddy check my PS3. Got the credit!

Awesome of Sony really.

Had this account & PS3 since launch and bought PS+ day 1, so who knows the qualifications.
 
I'll be damned. I figured I did not get it because I received no email, but sure enough, there the message was waiting when I turned on my PS3. Free games with Plus, sent me $10.00... can't hate on that.
 
Guys, when am I going to get my voucher?

I've been a good consumer for sony. I've purchased close to 50 games on PSN. I've spent a good amount of money on their video services. I didn't use CFW on my PSP, all the games I played on my PSP I paid for. I've subscribed to PSN+ several times. I've purchased many brand new full price retail games for my PS3.

So, why am I not getting this voucher?
 
Didn't get one... Interesting.. PS+ member since beginning, GAP Member, Had a PS3 and Vita since the beginning.. Have tons of PSN games and PS One games...

Is it because i've played less in the past year than recently?
 
I got nothing. I guess being a PS+ subscriber, buying a vita and a ton of PSN games, and being online all the time is not loyal enough.

I doubt any one here knows the criteria. If there even is a criteria.
 
Has anyone in here checked once, not gotten anything, then checked again later and got the message? I'm just wondering if there's any way we can figure out if they're still being sent out or if it's over.
 
When was it announced that Hotline Miami was coming to PSN? All I remember is some scuttlebutt about how Sony was looking into it for the Vita a few months ago...
 
Canada gets nothing:(

I checked my US PSN account and it had a message from PSN in it and I got excited for a second until I realised it wasn't $10, but a scolding for not touching the 2 cents in my wallet for over 6 months. It told me to buy a Mini with it.
 
Well it's not how much you spend on PSN. My friend has 500 downloads in his list and received the $10 credit... I have 1,100 downloads on my list... no credit... weird.
 
Still nothing, bah. I hope they bring this up at the meeting tonight, and say everyone is going to get it, but might take a couple days to get all the emails sent.
 
Launch day 60GB, still use it pretty much every day.
Made a PSN account day 1 to download Blast Factor
PS+ member since just before the E3 with the instant game collection
Have about 400ish things in my download list that I've bought/gotten from PS+
Launch day Vita, registered on the first day.
GAP member from the old days, was in pretty much every PS2 game beta

No voucher. No idea what the criteria might be then.

The Message on my friends was 2/20 at 12:01 AM... think they were preset to go out like the Asia Store Messages.

did you use that account for music unlimited ? that may be why there's money on it ...

It can, they sent out fixes for Street vs Jugglek--er--"Tekken" through it. But they rarely use it, and they don't use it for this. I guess because it'd double the message on PS3's anyway.

US account since 2008
no PS+ other than the hacking apology free month
have probably spent around $100 on psn total
 
I wonder if this is related to the PSN pricing error last week when people who downloaded a few games listed as free ended up being charged. I know my brother downloaded a few and then was charged, though he got the credit yesterday. I didn't download any of them and I haven't received anything. We also live in Canada, so people in Canada aren't getting ignored.

If this was based on loyalty and purchasing history, I should've gotten one by now by spending around $1000 or so from launch day until now.
 
It has nothing to do with the pricing error. I didn't get in on that and got one. I'm thinking it has to do with buying things within the past month. They did two back-to-back promotions last year where October and November (or September, forgetting) you bought $40-50 of stuff and got $10-20 in a rebate in this form back from Sony. And then they did one for Thanksgiving if you bought something that PSN store update week, you got $10 back.
 
I did not get one either. Plus member and I spent over 60.00 in Jan. Did get 10.00 in December though.
Made a thread but no one cared

Hmm. There are a lot of people on PSN, so if it isn't anything related to the pricing error than they are likely just going out in batches.
