Tbh, this is a LRG thread which is aimed mostly at collectors or in this case fans of Valkyria Chronicles 4 who want to have the game with all its DLC on disc and/or cartridge, or who would like to snag a pricier version for the extra goodies like for example a steelbook.

If you don't care about any of that, then yes, you can get it either during a PSN/Xbox/Steam/eShop sale or buy the standard physical release from years ago, which goes for €15 - €20 at retail.

Because games are dirt cheap digitally? I mean, it’s definitely the way things are going in all media. Music was first, most stores don’t even carry physical movies anymore, and now games.
I suppose you still have the option on the Pro if you shell out for a disc drive.
Though the last 3 laptops I’ve owned haven’t had disc drives either.

They should re-release the second and third ones if they wanna make a quick buck. I remember playing some of part 2 on the Vita, but I sold the system before I could complete it. As far as I know the third game was never sold outside Japan.
