Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 - Overview Trailer

Tremere looks based.

Good looking AW game. Looking like a day one for me unless there's serious performance issues.

I guess it's looking better, but any purchase from me will require a mix of good reviews and interesting spoilers. Either that or a decent sale. That's all I can really say.

Definitely getting this on sale. Still Wakes the Deep is possibly my favorite horror game ever so it'll be interesting to see Chinese Room branch out with more traditional gameplay systems. Hope it's good.

Vampires in October is like PB&J.

It's good they've come to their senses with locking such a crucial part of the game, but for me it changes nothing and it's still going to be skip or deep sale.

We GAF we going in now or nah? Won't be as good as Bloodlines and I'll lament the loss of Avellone and Mitsoda but it still looks decent enough.

Go play Cronos

There was a period where I figured this was never coming out. So I'm glad to see that they managed to finish it off and that it's looking solid. Nice to see the Toreador and Lasombra made available for the base game too. I played the tabletop game a little while back and played a Lasombra for that so I guess I've got an affinity for them from that.

Now that crimson desert is a 2026 game, this is by far my most hyped game for the rest of the year.

Please be at least a good 7\10.

Game finally looks really good. New story expansions coming next year and no day 1 pay walled clans are all great news.

Leaning towards just waiting for the premium edition to get some discounts since it looks like you need all the DLC still to get the whole story. I'll be interested in reviews and impressions for sure.

What clan are you going to play as?

Tremere because purple

Same.

Standard or deluxe?

I hope i can buy the deluxe content separately if they are good enough.

To avoid confusion. The "deluxe" content is only cosmetic stuff.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 - Santa Monica Memories lets you relive the nostalgia of the original Bloodlines. To decorate your haven, this cosmetic pack features iconic items, including a Stop Sign, Ankaran Sarcophagus, and Voerman Portrait. Additionally, with Santa Monica Memories, your haven will be adorned with a clan neon sign each time you complete the game as a new clan.
The story content is part of the expansion pass with the "premium edition". That's 90USD on Steam.

It's still giving me mediocre vibes not sure why. Sure VTMB wasnt a masterpiece either, especially its last half, but those were different times, nostalgia, etc. I'll prolly get it unless it's a massive performance turd.

Gone from a will never buy to a wait for a sale. Once they got rid of the idiotic clan DLC plan, the game can finally speak for itself.

That is what I am planning on doing. I only bought the standard edition for now.

It seems like that way to go with a lot of games. Just get the standard and find some discounts on the DLC later on.
