The versions tested were 1.00 on the Playstation 4 systems and 1.0.0 on Switch.
The Switch footage is captured from the game running in docked mode.
Note that time of day can vary in some clips.
When outputting at 2160p, PS4 Pro renders at a native resolution of 2560x1440. When outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled, PS4 Pro downsamples from a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 2560x1440 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 2112x1188.

Base PS4 renders at a native resolution of 1920x1080.
Switch in Docked Mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1600x900 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 1120x630. Switch in Portable Mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1280x720 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 832x468.

Framerate seems a bit inconsistent based on the parts of the video I have watched thus far.
TL-DR : Pro is 1440p, PS4 is 1080p, Switch docked varies between 800p and 630p. Framerate seems to dip on all platforms
