Moved to Huntsville, TX on Friday and decided to check out the town today. The downtown area is full of cool, old antique shops begging to be checked out, so I did just that.
Most were very underwhelming, but I found these gems in the last stop of the day.

-----------

1988 Mario Bros. Lunch Box and Thermos
$6.99 (the mario standee is from japan)

-----------

APF TV Fun Pong System (w/4 game modes)
$3.50

-----------

NES w/Light Gun, Controller, Mario/Duck Hunt, and Tecmo Super Bowl
$34.00 (Near perfect condition. No blowing or jiggling games to get them to work)

And let me say that I've had such a problem finding Tecmo Super Bowl since my last copy crapped out. This is such a great day.

Mario lunch box/thermos is not bad, but everything else is meh. The APF TV Fun 401 you have there is worth maybe a buck fifty more than you paid. And $34 for a toaster NES with three UC games, well...

It's in great condition with games I havent been able to find... Just whatever.

Yeah, the Lunchbox + Thermos is the best of the pack but it is hard to find an NES in such good condition. I have one that I would consider perfect condition but all the ones I have seen at swap meets or other areas are nowhere near the one you found. Either way, nice find.

I started collecting pong units for a little while. After about six of them I realized I'm not gonna play 'em, they just get cleaned and put into a box. Pointless. But those 70's electronics designs really are cool as fuck.

Uh, okay. I'm not trying to make you lose sleep over it or anything. Just pointing out for the record that the only thing you bought today that isn't phenomenally common was the lunchbox.

No bids on the $6 one either ;)

For rare items the flea market is better to go to since the sellers never have any idea of the value of their goods. But when I buy random mass produced stuff I buy there it usually turns out that I could've got it through some el cheapo auciton.

No bids and 5 days left. The one with no thermos is going for 6.

What does the inside of the thermos smell like? I'm going to guess "sweet, sweet ass".
