My friend's girl friend was like that. She's completely psycho. She gets pissed at everything: Beach Spikers, a female character in gauntlet, a girl in any game. She really bitched him out one time when he fell asleep watching tv, and a commercial of Girls Gone Wild came on. in-fucking-sane.

My god! I can't believe this story. Everybody is joking with you Gek but your women is having a real problem here. If she can't respect your tastes and what YOU want to play when you play videogames, she possibly can't respect you.
It's also a problem on your side if you listen to her for such a stupid thing imo. Damn man, it's a videogame, how can she take that so seriously? What about if you look at a woman on the street? What if there's a woman at your office working near? Imagine what you can see when watching movies or TV?
Are you nit-picking at any freakin details of her life and tastes that isn't exactly respecting your views and opinion to the letter? i doubt that, and if you ever do then you shouldn't. Peace.

If i was her, i would be alleluia more affraid of the "bathroom quickies" that are alot more like cheating and can happen more often than some people think. Most people meet love at work, it's and old and true statistic.
Her behavior indicates that she is jealous over a videogame or that something goes against HER morality in that said videogame. Either of those reasons should not justify to stop playing the game.
The only delicate situation where i would understand that the guy should stop is if he's not taking properly care of it's intimate life with the girl and/or refusing sex to play THIS feature of the game particularly instead.
Rest is crap sorry.

When I play I am the hero (I AM TIDUS RAR!). I discussed it w/ my BF and he says he just feels that he's playing a character, not becoming the character. If I was playing the sexy mini game, that would be me doing the sexy things, but in his eyes if it was him it would just be another normal character in a game. So it's "just a game" in his eyes but if I saw him playing the sexy game I would take my experiences and feel as though he is actually doing the sex'n up.

well, i'm a girl and i was the one who played leisure suit larry and playboy the mansion while my boyfriend played another game on the tv next to me (he'd glance over from time to time to check out the lsl load screens). i spent most of my time in playboy making the girls topless and getting frustrated that when they would leave and come back i had to re-dress them (damn it took a long time to scroll through that dress menu). that was the only good thing about that game. i think sex in games can be fun. it's definitely not cheating in my book. and i don't think that girls and boys are hardwired for sex differently, i think most of it is that we are taught by society to think a certain way about sex that is moderated by our gender, something americans are already super-conservative about in general. but additionally, i guess we all have our particular insecurities that make us nutty.

I understand what you say but it doesn't excuse the reactions of Gek's girlfriend imo. SHE must drop it down and change her ways to see it. You obviously see that this game is causing them a useless problem.
What's more, the way people see videogames can be pretty different anyway from guyA to guyB. As an example, i see videogame like you said you do and not like your boyfriend does. When i play a game, i am the character i control, i am in the car i race, etc...
