My first post of the day so I'm catching up with you overnight (for me) folks.

As for no screen protector, I've had mine since launch in the nude, lol.
Been a Vita owner since day one and a contributor to every Vita threads since it was announced. How the fuck have I only just put my name on this list?
I don't spend them and I have about 300000. I am afraid of spending because I am sure I will lose interest after spending them all. I think I will start using them at 1000000. I am level 50 if I recall correctly.
The game is really addictive.
Wow man just spend them! The most I've ever had was about 25000 and that lasted me a good week or so while using totems and stuff.
Why would you use a screen protector? It always makes the screen look worse and this thing has some good plastic that is almost as durable as gorilla glass but doesn't shatter that easily when you drop it. You will need a lot of force to scratch this.
I've ha da hori on since launch and it's been fantastic. I only know it's there because I put it there but it doesn't get in the way at all.
Has Sony come up with a solution to save your sphere settings from memory card to memory card? In other words if I have more than one memory card for games or one for videos & music. Do I have to readjust the way I have my games set up every time I switch memory cards!?!? It discourages me from even investing in more memory cards if I have to scroll through pages to find my displaced games!
I told Yoshida that I would like to backup sphere locations and backgrounds and settings to the memorycard and he came back with "me too". Maybe it's on the to do list.
I think.. me posting here directly corresponds
to how much I play Vita. Before posting in this thread I havent touched it in a while to be honest. AC3 and VLR got me back to it. Was it similar for you guys or were you playing your Vita rather consistently since launch?
I've played it regularly since launch apart from one 6 week period where I was crazy busy. It got used all the way to Florida and back on the plane too!

32 GB card
Virtual five!
My Vita Collection, since I've never posted it before:
16gb card, all retail titles except PSASBR are physical copies, or else I'd probably have to have a 32gb card and then some.
There were no more Gravity Rush wallpapers from that theme and I was too lazy to use other wallpapers, so default it was for the last few.
There are no games to play on a Vita. This post clearly proves this.
Are Vita PSN saves seriously not stored on the memory card when you delete the game? Just lost a bunch of progress in Hot Shots cus I wanted to try out Uncharted. You have to back everything up again whenever you want to swap out a game on the card?
Correct. The save is tied to the bubble. If you remove the bubble you remove the save. If you are a PS+ subscriber then life is easy as you can just save to the cloud. If not, or if you have a slow connection to the web and so redownloading the game will take ages, you need to backup the whole file, game data and game save and all to a PC/MAC/PS3. At least with the PC and I assume the MAC you can backup wirelessly.
Cloud saving has made life much easier in that regard.
Struck a deal with the Mrs so I can buy a Vita without feeling guilty about it
Should I go 16Gb or 32GB for memory card?
Is the official Vita Starter Kit any good (do you really need screen protector and case)?
Retail games are region free right, as in I can import games no matter what region PSN account I register on system (will trophies and such also work)?
From what I've found only DLC will be a problem.
Will you be able to transfer games between Vita and PC, or just PS3 and Vita?
How many games to you plan on owning digitally? Do you plan on signing up for PS+? Do you want to play PSP or PS1 games as well? What about music and video? Can you afford a 32gb?
If your answers are: at least some, yes, yes, yes & yes; Buy a 32GB.
I've had a Hori full face protector on since launch an it is excellent, others have gone nude and had no problems either.
All Vita retail games are indeed region free so you can import away. Many though have region locked DLC or Online Passes though I have a nagging feeling that there are a few that don't, though I have no idea why I think this.
You cannot download anything for the Vita from the PSN via a PC, only via the Vita or a PS3. You can however transfer freely between a Vita and a PS3/PC/MAC.
