So is DJ Max good?

I dunno about the PSP2 version, but the PSP versions are balls hard but decent if you're looking for a rhythm game and can get used to the funky controls.

Just to be clear - the speed lap events in the single player campaign for wipeout (on bottom left of map) have no pass or elite requirements and are just there to battle friends/yourself for fun? Just wondering because they are colored green after I complete them thought maybe I have to go faster to make them yellow.

I broke down and got Disgaea 2 after testing Disgaea a bit. D:

Lots of new info on the story and gameplay progression was released recently (most of it I saw on Famitsu, only a bit at those links above). I want to translate the important points and post it, but I'm off to work now. Maybe tonight.

I have a half-hour video of DJMax uploading right now, will be up in 2 or so hours. Will anyone here like to see it?

I'm interested too. Its kind of weird because I am interested in the game, but I'm not into any of the music. Price seems kind of high too for a digital game.

Quick tech question:

Can the vita handle the iOS/Android ports of GTA? I don't think there's a chance in hell that they would come to Vita, because Sony, but I would still like to know.

There's something I thought about today that I thought would be absolutely amazing:

Being able to buy PS3 items on the PS Store, and having it available to download when the PS3 turns on.

It could go hand-in-hand with PS+ automatic updates, where the system detects a new item to download, and turns itself on to download it.

How's AC: Liberation? I didn't really keep track of it due to the developer but did it turn out any good?

Im only a couple missions in, but im not loving it so far. I dont like thedisguise system, the basic game seems clunky, it doesnt look great it has some framerate issues and i cant really follow the story

I basically agree. I'm into the swamp area, and I really want to like the game, but it hasn't given me much of a reason to so far. Not that it's bad, just not great.

That is correct. Speed laps are just for practice/leaderboards.

Doubt Technika Tune will be released in Europe. Shame, seems like a great game to have as a digital download for playing some songs every now and then.

I made like... 40-50 screenshots in that area. This area has really nice lighting and some awesome textures. The stone tower in the middle of that room isnt even just a "flat" texture, but it actually has some "bricks" standing out when viewed from the side. Nice detail.
I just completed that chapter. Snapshot mania, it's really impressive. One of the series better chapters, absolutely brilliant. :)

Bums me out every time I see DJ MAX mentioned. Easily one of my most wanted Vita games outside of P4 but I'm not really willing to pay that kind of shipping, especially with Christmas coming up.

Disgaea or ZHP (not on sale yet?)?

ZHP. Only because I haven't played D1 or D2 yet.
