Sadly isn't available on the store here.

really? poor Europe Empire.

is there any games published by 505 Games on the Vita UK/EU stores? because if not then...you are out of luck forever :(

you can get the UMD and wait for the imaginary UMD add on :p

so nothing new announced for Vita at VGA?

Folklore 2, Demon's Souls: Be killed Vita edition, Monster Kingdom:Summoners Returns, SMT Digital Devil Saga1/2:Golden,Gran Turismo 5 Portable HD,Omega Boost:Orbits and many other Vita announcements.. I stopped counting them halfway the show.

Or I could open my second still sealed Vita box and use my US account on it, but that would be crazy :P

Also, no games published by 505 Games on the store as far as I can tell (but it's the shitty German store).

the thing about going Digital is... their sales aren't always as amazing as the physical game sales :/

missed the Vita MGS HD deal for 19.99 :/ (physical @ Amazon)

many said it before, PS store pricing is not good, old games, old PSP games are still in full price, they need to learn from Steam and Amazon and do discounts(not just for PS+ people) and lower the prices all over the store if they want people to take digital PSVita seriously and buy more.

well this is bad, hopefully Falcom can do something about this.

Also today I received my 10000 mAh portable charger which has twice the capacity of the official one (5000 mAh) and for £30 - by Anker. It has two usb-outs (2A and 3A I think) as well - I read a lot of reviews and it seems it is hit or miss whether or not you get a good one or a dud (old models seem to have poor build quality and disconnect charging while moving), but they had a good return policy on amazon (company pr kept responding to comments and people updating their reviews) and I need it for the trip I'm going on tomorrow.

It seems to work great atm for me. Make sure to get the new model if you are interested - they keep making revisions to the line, my model is the Astro 3E. Be warned, it's quite big and heavy.

You need to use your own charging cable - mine started splitting so I went overboard and used electrical tape at both ends to make sure it doesn't keep deteriorating.

[edit: hold off for now, could be an issue with it and vita]

The vita sections in retail stores are so tiny Sony should just go steam model with vita/psp games on psn. It's the one way outside of huge plus deals to get any buzz going for the thing. A daily or every other day sale on a deeply discounted retail game? Would be news constantly on gaming sites making people remember that the vita is still a thing.

Have to correct myself, just found Riviera on the store. Wish the search function would also include metadata like pubs and so on.

I just want to say that I now officially hate Copenhagen because I can't find a PSVita USB cable anywhere. That is all!
Of course I'm kidding but it is frustrating :(

Shame the rest of the world doesn't get the JP PSN feature of filtering by publishers. At least it did the last time I used the JP one, pre-crappy-new-store.

Noticed that the last time I browsed the JP store on my PS3. I don't understand why they would use different feature sets in different regions or does this have anything to do with Japan still using the old shop?

Irony is, they were one step closer to that with the old store by the end of it. They were starting to add whole pages for franchises like Resident Evil, which I thought was a massive step up. Then the new store came along and undid all that...

That is a great idea, but I can't see it happening anytime soon. I just wish Sony would have more discounts for PS+ members.

Yes? Hold your finger on the screen during a PSP game and you can assign other buttons to the right stick.

I don't know that's why I asked.... I only have the UMD for it so I couldn't check. Makes me wish I had that and the syphon filter games as digital now, I hated aiming with the buttons.

I need one of those. For £10 more, the official one is probably a better idea though...

don't worry last night nothing was announced for wii u or 3ds either
Yeah its equally depressing because I love handheld gaming more than console now. Wii u I have also but I'm used to the devas waiting to see how sales are, Vita taught me a lot about the game.
Grand effing return to the franchise.

You don't have a PS3?

I looked at Craigslist for one today. 180 for a 250 gb. This is only because I saw The Last of Us trailer last night. The day I bought my Vita I asked myself because it was more expensive than the PS3. I said shit do u really wanna buy a Vita even if I don't have a PS3 yet? I was caught in the hype with a huge smile on my face as i was checking out a little boy cried because his mother wouldn't purchase a Vita for him. Lol

With all due respect if you are not on the move all the time you should have bought a PS3 way before a VITA,surely the last of us isn't the only title which looks interesting to you?there are excellent VITA games coming i know but try to find a PS3 deal somewhere around your local retailer or an online store.

Yeah don't order it yet actually, worked on my iphone perfectly but I'm not 100% about the vita even though it was listed. It's charging but turns off after a little while...vita says it's not full. I sent them an email but will try waiting till the vita has less charge (was basically full) and doing it again. Updated original post. Only reason I got it over the official was I got a free saturday delivery (free amazon prime trial), so in time for the trip. Amazon also raised the price of the official one to £50! Although I did see it for £40 somewhere too (asda?)

If this works then it should be better than the official with double the capacity..although not sure how long it holds charge for yet. I tried again while typing this post and currently charged the vita all the way up - seems a bit hit or miss, but will find out after some more time with it.

-yep, travel bug update - additional clothing and accessories.

Sound Shapes update (46 mb):
- Support for DLC content
- Fixed elevator behaviour in UGC levels
- Various stability improvements and bug fixes

So with us inevitably eclipsing the 20,000 post barrier in this thread today, who's going to post Vita PSN Game and Service Thread |OT2|? Or should that really be |OT6|?

I did the first one out of happenstance when the last thread got killed before its time but that was with a meaty release calendar at its crux and we don't exactly have that now.

I've got a sparse patchwork list of upcoming game releases in THIS thread's OP right now and those are just based on some loose placeholder dates on retail sites.
I'm not exactly holding my breath for Soul Sacrifice in late March.

At least we've got at least 2 games which look decent arriving before the end of the year.
Perhaps 1 or 2 other surprises.
Not holding out much hope for Grace Chen Time in the last two weeks seeing how Christmas and New Year's both fall on Tuesday.

Sound shapes patch also comes with a popup showing new dlc (eu here) - says no content available atm when you try and buy it though
