The are great , great games but you need to be willing to "learn" controls in a videogame. If you dont have any problem with that, go for it. Gaming history.

Whether or not anyone purchases it, I'll be doing some art anyway. Don't know if it'll be EVERY week but at least it'll give me an excuse to plug in some more NGS+ recommendations (or at least until NGS2+ comes out).
So my dad just picked me up Disgaea 3 for Christmas. I've never mentioned the series to him nor does he play games at all (nor use the internet). I'm seriously confused why/how he chose that game. I've never played Disgaea games before so I'm not even sure they're any good. Should I pick up the first two games off PSN and play them or should I just return the game? I'm in the midst of a Persona 3-4-Arena playthrough so it'll be like a year before I can even get a chance to play it.
God no. I love the Disgaea games but one is enough for 2013, lol. If not beyond. On top of that its not in any way important to play them in order. Just enjoy 3!
You can, literally, play this game for 1000+ hrs if you want to.

It shouldn't be too hard. It depends on your own skill level, but the only ones that were really troubling were stuff involving anything with the Rally Car or Buggy, and one level in the first world. The one with the sand and ramps. Crash down I believe it's called.
As for the under 10 minutes and 40 minute trophies, I got them naturally as I completed the events. If you're short, just try the races and overtaking events which should he enough
Yeah that level is the worst assuming it's what I think it is. As for the drift trophy, again I got it naturally. It's probably nefessary in order to get 3 medals on the drift events. Just remember to only use full throttle before you start the drift, and afterwards only feather the throttle to keep the drift going.
Oh and does anyone know if you get different trophy lists for each region in Motorstorm RC like some games do, or if it's 1 list for all?

Nah, story doesnt matter much in these games. Its all about tactics and tactical grinding. You can spend 10 hours in these games levelling a SINGLE item, who cares about story there
Characters have some funny/quirky conversations though which I enjoyed.I am enjoying ZHP VERY much currently, but I'd have a hard time recommending it to others because you need to be a very... specific kind of person to like it. The Disgaea games are better.
But anyway! Play Persona first
Then get to Disgaea

Disgaea is solid tactical shenanigans. I never remembered/paid attention to the story.
They are great, great, great, great, great, great games and MUST plays of gaming history.
Only issue is that you need to accustom to a control setup that you wont be used to. Once you do, the games are very unique and great.
