There's technically no motivation for the other person to actually sign the NDA as they don't gain any benefit from doing so, only disadvantages.
But I guess you could argue to do it if you want to put the Vtuber at ease.
I personally would probably just refuse to sign it, but still not reveal the person's identity to anyone.

it's always good to see one of the first big vtuber return. this is the original "pilot" right? looks like she'll still be mostly doing pre-recorded videos I guess. nothing wrong with that of course. and she had hit 3 mil sub already. hope to see more and more of her content in the future. also, the voice telling her it's almost time, is that suppose to be the manager?

She defo sounds like what I remember her to sound like and Nozomi-chan has been posting/retweeting Kizuna posts, so I'd say it is her and not someone else. Don't know what that off voice was, maybe we get more lore about that in the future, kinda felt like a tease. I am also glad she's back. Her and Kaguya Luna got me into vtubers before that Miko GTA clip on LSF got me into Hololive.
Content wise it sounds like she is following Kaguya Luna (Pmaru), a livestream every now and then, old style prerecorded videos here and there, shorts with her dancing (like her tiktok) and mostly music.

Just saw that pop up on my YT frontpage, can't believe the OG is actually back. It's fascinating how far this.... tech? thing? has come. I liked watching her play Resident Evil 7 back when she started and loved her songs, but I'd never expect this whole "VTuber" stuff to actually gain traction, much less on the insane scale that it did, with all the parasocial live streaming, feuding and whatnot. It's truly fascinating. There's even virtual idols in kpop now. I know we had that kind of stuff with like Bang Dream to a certain extent for a while, and obviously Vocaloids prior to that, but the extent of it is obviously much grander now.
Not trying to throw any shade btw, I just really find it so deeply peculiarly interesting.
