Lets see the people on this forum NOT sue someone if their penis was burned off by coffee.

The odds of me putting freshly bought coffee anywhere near my pecker are zero to none.

How about you?

Edit - I didnt want to derail this thread anymore so I clicked on the edit/del button to delete my post and guess what, no delete function. That's false advertising gaf - prepare to be sued!! :D

Edit 2 -

Isn't this a thread about CD lyrics at Wal-Mart? I'll be the first to admit that we've both missed the point in this thread, but thanks for the parting shot anyway chump.

You?

I don't know how about some outlandish situation where you're at the McDonald's drive-thru, grabbing the coffee with your left hand, and passing it over yourself to your cupholder? And please don't say, "I never go to McDonald's" as a counterargument, because that's probably the only way you could miss the point any further in this thread.

Edit-

Well the first post attacking tort law on a broad basis was here- http://forums.gaming-age.com/showpost.php?p=737499&postcount=7

Regardless, I do have to admit I :lol @ "Isn't this a thread about CD lyrics at Wal-Mart?"

Savant
the problem with tort law isn't large companies having to deal with liability but with the federal cost of administrating over all these large companies that are liable.

ps, fusebox is basically impossible. give it up.

Know what the bitch of this is?

The parental advisory sticker is OPTIONAL per the publishers. There is no enforcement, good thing they didn't pick up Audioslave's album. Not edited in the least and no sticker.

Publishers have figured out that their albums won't sell at Wal-Mart edited so they just as soon release it incognito.

Fuck the haters: I love Evanescence, sorry if this doesn't make me part of the musically elite. They put on a fantastic live show and Amy Lee puts it all out there on stage. A huge voice for such a tiny girl, and oh so hot.

I'm suprised a walmart CD even had an expletive , I'm sure I recall a dateline where music CD's have both covers and lyrics altered so everything is PG rated at worst.
