Of course it works. Tons of women are lonely or don't get approached much, and even those that do, when its a confident guy that asks for it, they're a little speechless and excited. Doesn't mean they won't have second thoughts later, so ideally you want at least a couple minutes chat. Videos skew it though, I'm sure its also flattering just to be on camera.

Being forceful to get numbers definitely works, but leaves a poor impression of you if the girl is the type who wants more of a boyfriend than a one night stand. The whole PUA scene basically is a matter of increasing the number of attempts, to get through all the no's, to find the yes's. But the girls who say yes to aggressive approaches are either giving their number and intending on not picking up when you call, or they only want a quick fling. If you are okay with quick flings then maybe you should be aggressive. If you want a girlfriend, you gotta be a confident version of yourself. Not by faking confidence, but by rethinking your whole existence, changing what you want to change, and then meeting girls by doing what you like doing.

Because this bs wouldn't generally work in a city, lets see them do this in NYC.

Of course it'll work with the ones that are looking for an attractive guy with "balls" but the rejection rate would be a lot higher, most would just walk by and ignore the "crazy" person.
