You will notice that the name of the site is changed, that is not for no reasons, I am warning you. :lol
They are a canadian online store based in Bourcherville, Canada (just a few kilometers from where I live). I do not have any affiliations with them whatsoever, by the way. If you use them, you've got to know exactly what you are doing. I am not responsible for any issues that might occur with that site. But if you want a cheap PSP, this is the way to go. They ship internationnally, and they favor european markets (90% of their sales are made to europeans importers). They barely have things in stock, however. I can afford tons of DVDs at el-cheapo prices, because I know how to use them. They have a very bad reputation, partly well-deserved, but it is mostly from people who do not know what they are doing. I recommend you never use them for video games, I had nothing but bad experiences with them (except for pre-orders). I buy a crapload of DVDs from them tough.
What you see is the regular price (299.99 dollars for the PSP value pack), but if you use one of the following coupons:
TIMESMA05 (expires march 30, recommended to use the referral link below, this site spawned the coupon)
http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/content.php?contentid=56357
Or
SWAPSMA05 (expires on april 30)
You get 10% nixed off the price, so it's 269.99$ canadian. That is for regular buyers, and you can use the coupons for multiple orders. But it's not over yet!
They have an icard program. You pay 50 bucks canadian, and then you get a minimum 5% discount off all your purchases. But they always have a promotion running. Now it's 10% (more with the cumulative coupons, brings the discount to 20%), but before it was 20%, 14%, 25%. So if you buy a lot of DVDs and like the site, you'll have your money's worth in no time at all. The icard is good for one year.
Keep in mind that your credit card gets billed as soon as your order is placed..
Keep also in mind that You can cancel it but only get store credit, you can get a refund for store credit but that takes three weeks to get it back.
It's nicknamed dvdlate.com by everyone because it takes time, if you want to have it soon, it's not your best bet. However, I paid only 276$ CDN for the value pack, that is with all the rebates and with taxes included, how cool is that? Of course if I recall correctly, if you are in a province of Canada other than Quebec, you will not have to pay PST. And you get free shipping easily overseas. Sounds tricky? It is. However, this site is absolutely not a scam. A couple of fellow canadian GAFers (as well as european ones) use it to buy DVDs, I am sure they could get their voice heard on the whole thing. Think twice before buying, re-read what I posted, and then think again. Use with caution.
As for me well, I enjoy the savings I have made, I will have two free PSP games with the money I have saved, how nice is that?
