Is this game approachable on PS4 yet?

Finally finished, despite the fact that midway through the fight I lost the ability to use my sword. You know, because.

This game is incredibly buggy.

This is the bug I run into quite a bit. Usually once every 2-3 or so missions. The invisible wall one is another I get sometimes too.

For PS4 players does the game feel comfortable to control? I found mouse and keyboard was extremely awkward when I tried getting in on the PC, but I hardly ever play third person PC games so it could just be me.

So the general conesus is use plat to buy a scarf but not the setntinels?

I don't know what mission i was on but it was really really busy lots of infested and I love radial javelin. I ended up with tons of drops but I had to run so tonight when I get on ill go thru what I got form the mission.

I also noticed that for the cards you put in ur slots you should always merge with one of those reactor lookign things? Or other like cards or both?

Still haven't gone near anything to start on getting a new frame smh

More glitches. Can't escape them it seems.

Played an early extermination mission where my friend could not get through one of the final doorways. It was like an invisible wall. I could walk through just fine, but nothing we did would allow him to pass. So we aborted and hoped it was a fluke.

Last night we replayed that same mission. Same exact thing happened. One of the final doors was impassible, but only for him. I could walk through just fine. So, we aborted and hoped it was a problem with only that mission.

Next up was the Rescue. Everything went well until we reached the final forked tunnel for extraction. For some reason none of us knows my buddy got downed by what appeared to be nobody. I revived him, but there were no enemies around. He said he just heard gunfire and was insta-downed, just like that. Very strange, but not a game stopper that time.

Next mission was Sabotage. Everything went smooth and we made it to extraction... sortof. I walked into the extraction room but got a message stating that I was waiting for the other player. My buddy says he was in the room too, but as I explored around a bit, I saw him, motionless and semi-airborne (like mid-jump) in the room just before extraction getting attacked by one of those wolf-dog-flood-beasts. But I could tell it wasn't him since he wasn't moving. Another glitch, but maybe not a game stopper, since while you're in the extraction room a timer will start, so we just decided to wait it out.

Once the timer expired we got the classic exit animation and mission success prompts. Then the screen went black.

And stayed that way.

A few seconds later I get a "Revive or Cancel" prompt, like something had just killed me. I chose to revive but the screen stayed black. We waited a few moments and then we realized that we could still hit buttons and attack, because we could hear ourselves doing those things. I could bring up the options menu windows, but there was no visible gameplay, and if there was I have no idea what I'd be seeing anyway.

So, we tried to abort the mission. When I selected the option I no shit got a message that stated that it was impossible to abort the mission because I had already completed it.

Well, yeah.

So I held the PS button down and hard shutdown Warframe. Loaded it back up after a bit and sure enough the mods I picked up in that last mission were in my inventory, so crisis averted, I guess.

My takeaway though is that this game just may be too glitchy for us to enjoy. All of my buddies love the art style and the gameplay, but if its going to be this messed up whenever we group up, we won't be playing this for long.

Happen to me one time, others got though just fine though weird!

Ehh, not for everybody I guess. I can solo fine, but as soon as I play some co-op, its glitches. At least something happens with every mission. Sometimes we can work through it, sometimes we can't and have to abort.

We've had to abort four times out of seven missions. And one of those completed missions required me to force shut out of the game as it put us in limbo after the mission ended.

Its busted imo, at least when playing two players.

You can build ammo replenishment items to help with that. Find the blueprints in the marketplace and build them in the foundry. Once crafted they'll be added to your gear for missions. In the missions themselves hold down on the dpad to access that gear.

A lot of it yeah, but most of that stuff can be crafted yourself, and some items only cost in-game credits that you can accrue from missions.

I'm still learning the ins and outs of this game too.

If you're referring to upgrading mods, that is not platinum. Nothing is sold for more than 300 platinum. Anyhow, no, you cannot earn platinum as far as I'm concerned.

I don't know how up to date the wiki is but, it says the only items that are locked to platinum are color palettes, warframe slots and weapon slots. Everything else can be achieved in-game.

You can only buy Platinum with real money.

Log in bonuses and other bonuses will give you a discount on platinum sometimes, so it's worth it to log in once a day at a minimum, even if you're playing NBA 2K14 all damn day like I did today.

Wow, I sure wish that the game explained the Fusion system before letting you sell your duplicate mods. I sold off all of my duplicates last night thinking they were useless. Ugh. There really needs to be an e-manual for this game.

Also, I've found that your likelihood of running into bugs is greatly diminished when you're the host. To make sure that you always are, just set your minimum latency threshold to the lowest value. You'll never find a game to join but others will pop into yours quite frequently. That's honestly your best bet for the the being.

No not really.

Co-op with others works fine 99.9% of the time, at least for me. I get the occasional lag/lower framerate when I play with others. But then that depends on who the game connects me with, cause sometimes I experience and sometimes I don't.

As far as solo goes, it's great.

This is the case for the time being, but I believe that the eventual plan is to catch the PS4 version up to PC and open up cross-platform multiplayer.

The only bad part was one higher level character that just sprinted full speed through the level and took everything out. I still don't get the point. The rest of us tried to keep up and sprinted everywhere right up to the exit. Dunno how people could find that kind of thing fun, so I'll stick to solo and friends list co-op for now.

Yeah I've had people do that. I try to open every container to find materials and stuff. And I need to level, too, so it's kind of annoying when people run off and kill everything.

Another thing that's sort of annoying is knowing where to go sometimes. Sometimes you'll go in the direction of the extraction point or where the person is you're supposed to rescue and it's basically a dead end and it's hard to figure out where to go from there sometimes. Basically end up relying on someone else finding it and just letting the timer go down.

I didnt have any forma but i had ferrite and nano spores which i filled up what was needed. Also filled out the credit req as well. So if some can grab some forma that would be great. Only thing the room needs

Getting killed by a stalker in a random mission freaked me out. I just instantly died out of nowhere


On the bright side, i ranked up to level 2 finally. Yay.

Crafting the seer turned to be useful since the trial was limited to only handguns.

It's pretty annoying having to farm for warframe blueprints. I'm trying to finish Trinity and the damned System hasn't dropped yet. I have like 32 Neurodes, lol. One more try before sleeping, though. At least my Rhino finishes tomorrow. Gonna be fun times, although I'm going to miss the autowin that is Mag. Definitely looking to build Mag Prime.

Only 6900 to Rank 4 and really psyched to build Hek. Just wish people in the clan would do stuff. I may transfer over to Gaf's side if something doesn't happen soon. I need those blueprints for the poison Infested pistol.

...weird. I never accepted any invite, and when I check the "Clan" tab of my in-game profile there is nothing. Yet, when I use the Clan Key that just finished building there's a dojo for me to access. I just went to it and there was someone else there, but the "players" area of the pause screen was blank.
