Look, Bandai Entertainment and ADV have both said that they're going after bootlegs as well as fansubs. The issue here is that there's just TOO MUCH bootleg crap going around. This is EXACTLY the same as Nintendo shutting down the illegal Famiclones at malls. It's illegal but they can't find every single one and shut them all down. Customs has NOTHING to do with it, because it's not their fucking job. This is copyright infringment, not drugs or explosives. GET THAT IN YOUR THICK FUCKING SKULL OK?
