Damn sorry it looks like when I like the Uplay Point rewards for WD the link doesn't go through. This is what I was talking about with the gold gun and stealth car. (So does anyone know how they rank for their respective classes of gun/car versus the rest of the items in game, is this basically easy mode once you get them?)

I also think AC3 is a great game, and so do other people too, all it took was for them to reskin Connor, change the environment, barely add any new animations, and streamline the hell out of boat combat to make people think that AC3 was a good game. AC4 is a great game, but it wouldn't exist without such a stable template like AC3.

I was part of the "AC3" early copies crowd. Man the reaction of this game is way better, so I have hope. Not picking up an Ubi game early ever again.

Don't forget the more lively towns and not just responding Connor, but actually putting a likeable character in his place, that helped.
Anyway, game is growing on me. Last parts of act 2 have had the story pick up a bit. It's an OK story now, but not horrible like it was. Also stopped driving and taking the train everywhere to get away from the stiffness, shoved the sensitivity down for aiming and using a silenced pistol almost exclusively.
I still feel other games are better, but it's moving away from average territory for me now.
Also, performance wise, if it wasn't for the vram demands on anything above medium textures, I think it would be good. I'm mostly around high and ultra for most settings with ambient occlusion off and temporal AA on with a 560ti.
Almost stopped playing after an eavesdrop mission though... Goddammit Ubisoft.

It appears that the Season Pass includes the Breakthrough, Palace, and Signature packs. I don't think there's anything special about the Gold edition. It appears to just be a bundling of the regular game and the season pass.

I'm not really the one you should ask, as I have the game. A ton of people are interested in the multiplayer though, so maybe some videos of how that works.

Wolfie was released and started pre-load 12est for me on PSN. Since I'm going purely digital this gen on AAA titles, that was a first early pre-load I've had.

Slight downgrade on consoles, PC looks pretty good if your computer can handle it.
Consoles and PC both look pretty damn good TBH. Even 360/PS3 are impressive, all things considered.

there is no Gold edition on PSN in Europe. We have a " digital Deluxe Edition" here. Is it the same with a different name?
i dont want to buy the deluxe version and find out it´s without season pass!

Probably, but that is just an assumption. Look at the description on PSN, and it should say if it includes the season pass.
I've seen the exact same crime in progress on different streams (outside of the first tutorial one). I'm not sure if there are any set mission givers you can go to over and over again to get new jobs. I think they went more for a randomly assigned jobs/activities sort of thing.
I'll wait for someone who has a couple hours with the game to answer fully. Most streams I've seen just show missions or random crimes.

I don't see what's wrong or bannable about his posts. He hasn't created a new thread, he's showing gameplay of the PC version, and asking for suggestions. If you find his posts questionable, just don't reply. I wouldn't backseat mod like this, the mods know their job in these big threads and can be contacted through PM rather than dropping a post here which is not constructive.

Yup, AC4 has tons of shitty moments, esp with AI and animations, unbelievably stupid ai, I can run around a town assassinating guards in front of others and barely getting them to react. I like AC3s settings and think its visually better then 4.
