The game counts kills as homicides and smacks to the head and kneeshots as neutralized.

I got Watch Dogs and I remember reading some comments about how people are skeptical/not liking it. I'm curious why because I'm pretty excited to boot the game up.

Is that dude supposed to be a Canadia agent? American agent would have headshot everyone there....plus another bullet to the heart just in case.
I know from the tiny bits I've seen that the answer to the first question is yes; as to the second, not sure about weapon upgrades. There's a whole skill tree though.

Been watching the PS4 livestream since 6pm. Looks like GTA minus the decent car handling and mini games, but with an Arkham villain distraction system, Uncharted shoot sections, and AC methodical map progression.

The constant graphics talk is depressing. This thread is like the opposite of the Infamous: Second Son launch - a beautiful game in a sterile and boring city.
I haven't seen much gameplay but I haven't seen a single video as of yet with someone just soaking up the city , slowly.
The hate is hilarious at this point - as is GTAV's constant thread mentions.
I remember everyone going nuts for 50 pages because of a gif of a punch.
Anyway.
24 day night cycle is confirmed right? Anyone know if it we know if you can advance time at all?
