I'm contemplating whether to pick this up for PS4 or PC. Are there any indications or pros/cons for one or the other?
PS4
- Timed exclusive DLC content
- 900p/30fps
PC
- No timed exclusive DLC
- Any resolution or frame rate you want
- Better water
- Probably higher res textures on ultra

Wow, dem flat textures lol. Almost looks like one of those iOS/Android racing games (in terms of look, obviously).

I'd go for the PC version if you have a good computer that can run it well.
Ubisoft 'exclusive' DLC is usually extremely meaningless. AC4 for instance, easily could have gone without it.
Not worth it for 900p/30 if you have a computer that can run it better IMO.
Plus, you can get it for cheap on PC to boot.

Been watching this one for a bit. Looks great. Story seems very well done. Stopped watching to avoid spoilers but from what I saw it looks really good. The voice acting is impressive and Aiden seems like a very likeable character. This game is going to be awesome. I can't bloody wait till next tuesday.

When you say no timed exclusive DLC on PC does that mean it's available day 1 on PC or that PC doesn't get the DLC at all?

Proxy would probably work, but make sure the key is region free. Otherwise, you'll need to use a VPN to run the game every time, which is a hassle.
GetGamesGo is offering it for 44.99 if you'd prefer a less shady site, however I've gotten keys from those kinda sites before without a hassle.

The DLC is eventually going to be available for Xbox platforms and PC, and possibly at launch for the Wii U version later this year.
PS4 version is upscaled 900p, yeah.

And then pooped it up in GTA V. They still have good animations when falling down, but they definitely still die just from a shot to the knee.

It's motion blur, yo! Some games implement it better than others but that's why that screenshot looks like that.

Will multiplayer be cross platform? I doubt it will and so I think that is what's going to sway my opinion to get the PS4 version simply because more of my friends will be getting that version.

Regarding the multiplayer part of the game where a player can jump into your game and start hacking you: is any random person allowed to do this at any time or is it just friends? Do you have to set your game to a public setting for this to happen?
